When applying for and conducting international research projects and cooperations as well as when involving international researchers, it is necessary to regularly check and implement the information on possible country risks provided by the established and, in each individual case, relevant funding institutions DAAD (e.g. here), DFG (e.g. here) and BMBF (e.g. here, German only) as well as the security advice of the Federal Foreign Office (here, German only).
