Conflicts in the workplace
The university is a place where students, scientists and employees work, learn and live together. This university community offers all members good conditions for thriving together and a fulfilling work or study day. Nevertheless, in the course of studies or at the workplace, minor difficulties or major problems may arise. In such situations, it can be useful to seek advice and support from proven experts.
Below you will find an overview of information and counseling services available to university members in such situations. The Service Agreement on Conflict Managment in the workplace has been concluded between the service and the Staff Council and regulates the relevant responsibilities.
The offices mentioned will be happy to refer you further if counseling by a specialized office seems more appropriate.
