Main focus: Consulting, service, support for all digital learning platforms and tools at Leuphana (especially Moodle, myPortfolio, EvaExam), media production, digitally supported teaching and learning and eAssessment; coordination of the myPortfolio network and the student Digi-Support team.
Expertise: Diploma in Industrial Engineering with focus on project management and process engineering, e-moderation, educational technology
Consultant for Teaching Development
Main focus: Teacher training, coordination of the certificate programme in university didactics, counselling, (conflict) facilitation, coordinator of the project Shift! Qualitative feedback in teaching, feedback and interaction in teaching
Expertise: Sociology, teacher training, transactional analysis, qualitative feedback, (conflict) facilitation
Consultant for Academic Teaching and Blended Learning
Main focus: Consulting, service and support, especially in the areas of activation & collaborative learning, flipped classroom, (e-)portfolio, digital platforms & tools, dialogue-oriented design of teaching; further education programmes for teachers, especially the compact programmes Teaching at the Start and Starting to Teach in Higher Education as well as the certificate programme Leuphana Teaching Plus+.

Consultant for Academic Teaching and Blended Learning
Project AI in studies, teaching and examinations (sub-project of the Digitale Lehre Hub Niedersachsen)
Main focus: Advice, service, support, esp. on didactics of digitally supported teaching & learning, on digital tools & scenarios; further training offers for teachers, especially workshop series Kollaboratives Lernen und Arbeiten, compact programme Starting to Teach in Higher Education as well as certificate programme Blended Learning-Zertifikat für Lehrkompetenz (with basic level Lehre am Start and professional level Lehre Plus).
Expertise: media and communication studies, media management, empirical methods

Main focus: Advice, service and support for digital learning platforms and tools (EvaExam, Moodle, myPortfolio), digitally supported teaching and learning and eAssessment; coordination of the myPortfolio network.
