Invitation to the staff meeting “Future of further qualification and training"

Dear Colleagues,

the Staff Council of Leuphana University Lüneburg cordially invites all employees to the Staff Assembly on Tuesday, February 07, 2023, 10 a.m. in Lecture Hall 3.
Personal development opportunities play a central role in the job satisfaction of all employees. We experience this in every formal, as well as informal, exchange with you. In view of the changes in society and the world of work, "lifelong learning" and further qualification are central elements of strategic personnel development.

We would like to take this as an opportunity to discuss the continuing education and training opportunities at Leuphana with you at this staff meeting.

In addition, we will also talk about the amendment of the WissZeitVG, an upcoming revision of the DV Arbeitszeit, the further process of the employee survey, the Working Leuphana campaign on work culture and your experiences with the DV Betriebsruhe.
