Working Hours

You will find all the important information on the working hours of academic employees covered by collective agreements below.

General Information

At Leuphana University of Lüneburg, flexible working hours apply. This means that you as an employee are responsible for adhering to the working hours stipulated by law, collective agreement or contract. A willingness to stand in for others and timely mutual agreement are essential for the functioning of our flexible working hours.

Regular working hours are determined by statutory regulations or collective agreements. There are no core hours. You determine the start and end of your daily working hours and breaks yourself, taking into account the requirements of the job.
