Update on the myCampus implementation

Dear colleagues,

The performance data migration from HIS to myCampus from mid-May 2023 is imminent and we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of the next steps and implications.

Please remember to upload your grade lists for the winter semester 2022/2023 to myStudy by 07.5.2023 at the latest or submit them via the currently known channels. This applies to grade lists for all Schools.

Students can register and deregister for assessments in QIS until 15.5.2023. During the data migration from 16.5.2023 until probably the end of June 2023, neither QIS nor myCampus will be available for this purpose.

Should students wish to deregister from assessments taking place between 16.5.23 and the end of June during this period, they must use a form which can be found on the following websites: go.leuphana.de/deregistration or www.leuphana.de/mycampus. Deregistrations from assessments expressed directly to you as lecturers/examiners by students are not legally binding.

All processes in myStudy (apart from grade recording), Moodle, myPortfolio and myVideo are not affected by the migration.

After the performance data migration has been carried out, the following functionalities will be available in myCampus:

  • Assessment registration and deregistration for students
  • Registration and publication of grades as well as their recognition
  • Registration, submission and assessment of theses
  • Awarding of degrees and creation of degree documents

Since you will already be performing your first activities in myCampus after the data migration – e.g., entering grades – we have prepared a target group-specific training offer. Teachers can find this in the "MIZ training program" and “Campus Management” section on the intranet ( https://www.leuphana.de/en/services/miz/service-and-support/miz-training-program.html). Employees from other areas will receive an individual invitation from us per area/team.
