Influenza vaccinations 2023

Dear colleagues
Leuphana University is offering flu vaccinations to all full-time employees again this year.
The following should be vaccinated
- Employees with an increased individual health risk
- Employees over the age of 60
- Employees with a large number of personal contacts.

Vaccination days: 10/10/2023, 11/10/2023, 23/10/2023, 01/11/2023.

You can book your personal appointment using the DFN appointment planner via the links below.
Please book only one appointment. Please enter your name and e-mail address.
Successful bookings will always be confirmed by e-mail. If you have not received a message, the appointment is not booked for you. This can happen if several people access an appointment at the same time.
If you are unable to keep a booked appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible.
Appointment cancellations are only possible with the device you have logged in with. After cookies have been deleted, cancellation is also no longer possible.
Appointments may also become available again on vaccination days due to last-minute cancellations. Therefore, please check the lists again if you have not yet found a free appointment.
Vaccinations without an agreed appointment are not possible, as only a limited number of vaccine doses are available.
Please bring the attached completed questionnaire and, if applicable, your immunization record with you to your vaccination appointment.
