Ersti-Party of the AStA on 12 October in the Central Building
2023-10-11 The General Students' Committee (AStA) of Leuphana would like to inform you that on 12.10.23 from 21:30 to 04:00 the annual Ersti-Party will take place in the Forum and the Foyer of the Central Building. In this context, some other rooms on the ground floor and 1st floor of the building will also be used.
The organisers are expecting around 1,200 party-goers. The event has been agreed with the university management, the university event technology and the building management.
The AStA would be very grateful if other use of the building could be limited to the absolute minimum necessary for the duration of the event and any necessary access to the building during this time could only be made via the main entrance.
