Elections to the Staff Council, JAV and Further Training Commission

Dear colleagues,
Three elections will take place in February next year.
Staff Council elections:
The election day is Tuesday 27.02.2024. Room and time will be announced. There will be group elections for the group of civil servants and for the group of employees. The number of seats on the Staff Council and the allocation of seats to the groups will be announced in the election notice on 15.01.2024 at the latest.
As all eligible voters have technical access to the documents, the information will no longer be posted on the notice boards at locations C.10, Wilschenbrucher Weg, Am Sande and in Volgershall as in the past.
JAV:
The youth and trainee representatives (JAV) will also be elected. However, this will take place in an election meeting that will be announced.
Further training committee:
With the new election of the Staff Council, the new election of 3 representatives to the Further Training Commission is also due. We ask all employees to submit nominations (including their own). The nomination must include a declaration that the candidates agree to stand for election and wish to accept the position if elected. Nominations must be received by Holger Veleba or Annemarie Burandt by 15.01.2024. The election will take place with the staff council election on 27.02.2024.
