Support needed for the approval process

Dear colleagues (from the MTV area),

As an attractive and innovative university location, it is in everyone's interest to attract the best minds as applicants to Leuphana as early as possible.
In order to be able to give applicants early feedback on whether they have been offered a place at Leuphana, we need your support in the College and Student Services to review the applications.

This major task can only succeed with your help.

We are therefore looking for around 6 administrative staff members to help with checking the application documents. This involves checking the documents received online with regard to the suitability of the candidates for the degree programs for which they have applied.

If you decide to do this, we have the option of increasing your employment contracts for the duration of this activity - both by the corresponding working hours and by the classification. The job will be paid at the level of EG 8 and you will be trained in the subject matter from May onwards (and on an hourly basis). As the main part of applications will be in German, command of German language on a fluent level would be necessary.

- When? June 17 to July 22, 2024 (hourly training from May)
- Where? Building 8, workstation will be provided
