Deadline for submitting election proposals for the election of the Staff Council

Dear colleagues,
The deadline for submitting nominations for the 2024 Staff Council elections was 29.01.2024.
No nominations were received for the group of civil servants. A grace period is therefore set for this group until 12.02.2024.
This group is actually entitled to 2 seats, one for a woman and one for a man. Only 2 signatures of supporters are required.
If no nominations are received, the civil servants will lose their right to vote and the seats will be transferred to the group of employees. If only one person stands as a candidate, one seat is transferred to the other group.
It is also possible for people from the group of employees to stand as candidates for the group of civil servants.
If you are interested in standing as a candidate, please contact me or Kai-Uwe Schmidt. We can give you or send you the necessary forms (election proposal, declaration of consent, list of supporters).
As all eligible voters have technical access to the documents, the information is no longer posted on the notice boards at locations C.10, Wilschenbrucher Weg, Am Sande and in Volgershall.
