Dear colleagues,
Work is not just work. It is not only the completion of tasks and the correct execution of processes. The lockdown period has shown this very clearly. A very significant part of work is work culture. The Staff Council would like to draw your attention to the "WORKING LEUPHANA" campaign and invite you to discuss the future of our work culture with us and with each other.
Work culture is created wherever people interact with each other in a professional context. With our campaign, we want to intensify this exchange, facilitate the conditions for it, and encourage people to reflect on the work at Leuphana with very different actions.
