MIZ services during the shutdown from 22.12.22 – 04.01.23

We would like to inform you about restrictions in services of the MIZ during the shutdown from 22.12.22 - 04.01.23.
Library:
On 21.12.2022 the library closes already at 6 pm and will then be closed from 22.12.2022 to 04.01.2023. From Thursday 05.01.2023 the building will then be open again from 8:30.
During the shutdown we can be reached by email, please write your requests to: ubinfo@leuphana.de. Please note that the mail account will not be read regularly during the shutdown period, there may be longer response times.
To ensure your own supply of literature, please remember to check out printed media in advance. Short-term loans can be borrowed all day from Dec. 21, 2022 until Jan. 5, 2023.
Via VPN, members of the university can also access all electronic resources from off campus. Please check in good time whether the Cisco AnyConnect client required for this is installed and functioning. The IT tutors in the library foyer will provide on-site support in case of problems with the AnyConnect client until 21.12.2022. From 12/22-22 and 12/23-22 and from 01/02-23 to 01/04-23, support will be provided via email: it-tutor@leuphana.de
IT service for employees:
During the shutdown on 12/22 and 12/23/22 and from 02/01/23 to 04/01/23, IT Service for Employees will provide emergency service during normal hours:

-Hotline: Tel. 1212 (Mon-Thu 9:00-15:00 and Fri 9:00-13:00).
-In person: Counter C7.004 (Mon-Fri 9:00-12:00)
Between Christmas and New Year's Day, IT Service will be closed to employees.
IT Service for Students (IT Tutors):
From 22 to 23.12.22 and from 02.01.23 to 04.01.23, support for students will be via e-mail:

Between Christmas and New Year the IT-Service for students will be closed.
