Introduction myCampus 2023

Dear colleagues,

The myCampus project team is pleased to inform you that we will introduce the new integrated campus management system myCampus based on CAMPUSonline in the summer semester of 2023.

As early as March 2023, the master and student data management of students will take place via myCampus.

The introduction will also include the administration of all study applications for the College, the Graduate School and successively also for the study programs of the Professional School. These will already be done via myCampus starting in April 2023. 

In addition, the QIS application for students is expected to be replaced in mid-June 2023. From this point on, exams and achievements will only be viewable via myCampus. Exam registration will take place via myCampus from the winter semester 2023/2024.

 Important: Due to the changeover, examiners will only be able to record grades in myStudy this year until 07.05.2023. Therefore, please upload all outstanding assessments by this date. From mid-June 2023, grade entry will be possible exclusively via myCampus.

The project team is planning an extensive training program and cordially invites you to participate. Detailed information on the introduction and the training offer will follow in March 2023.
